The Pilot Program

A real pilot, not a free trial

For a flat, one-time fee we set up your instance, import your data, and run two training sessions, then you get a real evaluation window to use it for actual work before deciding on anything longer. We take on a deliberately small number of companies at a time, because every Pilot is set up by hand.

The Pilot fee isn't credited toward a plan, if you continue, you pay standard published pricing from day one.

What's included

Real work on our side, done by hand, before you've paid for anything beyond the Pilot itself.

The full core platform

Your Pilot includes the complete core platform, ITSM Suite, Knowledge Base, the Self-Service portal, and Workflow Automation, the same core every plan includes.

Hands-on setup

We personally configure it, applications, tables, workflows, and access, around how your team actually works.

Your real data, imported

We bring your existing records in, so you're evaluating the platform against your own work, not an empty demo.

Two live training sessions

Real sessions with your team, so people can actually use it, not a recorded video and a login.

A real evaluation window

Roughly four weeks to use it for day-to-day work, with support from us during business hours, before you decide on anything longer.

How it works

From reserving a spot to a real evaluation, usually within one to two weeks of your kickoff call.

1

Reserve your spot

Tell us your team size below. No payment now, and no obligation.

2

We confirm your fee tier

We reach out to confirm your Pilot fee based on agent count and schedule a kickoff call.

3

Setup & training

Within one to two weeks of the kickoff, we configure your instance, import your data, and run two training sessions.

4

Evaluate, then decide

Use it for real work for about four weeks. If you continue, you move to standard published pricing; if not, your data stays exportable for 30 days.

Why we charge for the Pilot

A free trial is cheap to offer because it's usually cheap to deliver: a login and a mostly empty instance. Charging for real, hands-on setup isn't a way to make you commit early, it's the honest price of the attention a real evaluation takes.

Pilot Program FAQ

Is the Pilot fee credited toward a plan?

No. The fee covers real onboarding and evaluation work. If you continue, you pay our standard published pricing from day one, the same as any other customer. We keep the two numbers honest and separate rather than hiding a discount that has to be made up elsewhere.

Do I need a credit card to reserve?

No. Reserving a spot just tells us you're interested. We'll confirm your fee tier and schedule your kickoff before anything is due.

What happens to my data if I don't continue?

It stays exportable for 30 days after the Pilot ends, so deciding not to continue never means losing access to your own records. After that window it may be deleted from our systems.

Why not just offer a free trial?

A free trial usually means a login and an empty instance, you do the setup, in your spare time. The Pilot is the opposite: we do the hands-on setup and training so you evaluate the real thing. There's a fuller explanation in our write-up on why we charge for the Pilot.
