We built the platform we wished existed

Pendravo started the way a lot of the tools it competes with didn't: as a problem a small team ran into directly. We'd used the big ITSM platforms, and the small ones, and kept hitting the same wall, either the price only made sense at enterprise scale, or the tool only did one job and we were back to stitching five subscriptions together within a year. So we built the platform we wished we could have bought: one data model, one permission system, and one automation engine, with IT service management as the way in and projects, HR, finance, and marketing already sitting on the same foundation, not bolted on later.

We're a small, owner-operated company.

Pendravo LLC is a Wisconsin limited liability company, founded in 2026 and based in Jefferson, Wisconsin.

We charge for our Pilot Program instead of giving away a free trial, on purpose. Real onboarding work, configuring an instance, importing real data, training a real team, deserves real payment, and a company willing to pay for that work up front is telling us something a free signup never does. We'd rather earn a customer's trust with a fair, transparent price than a giveaway that has to get made up somewhere else later.
