How are agents counted?
You pay for fulfillers — the people working and resolving tickets. People who only submit requests are always free and unlimited.
Do I need consultants to set it up?
No. EmberQueue is configured through a low-code layer you control, so you can build and change apps yourself. If you'd rather we did it, our Launch and Managed services are optional and fixed-price.
Are there minimums or sales calls to start?
Not on Starter or Professional — sign up, pay by card, and go. Enterprise is quote-based, but the quote is transparent with no open-ended statement of work.
What's the difference between a tier feature and an add-on?
Each tier includes a set of apps. Anything not included can be switched on à la carte at a flat per-instance price. Higher tiers bundle more apps in.
Can I change plans or add apps later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or enable add-on apps at any time — your data and configuration carry forward.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
It's a custom quote based on scale and requirements, with configuration included. No mandatory implementation partner, no per-change consulting bill.
