Usage-based capabilities: generous allowances, published overage

A few platform capabilities meter by usage instead of a flat price. Every plan includes an allowance sized so normal use never sees a charge; the overage rate is printed here, not discovered on an invoice.

  • Storage (attachments + record data): 5 / 25 / 100 GB included by plan, then $0.25 / GB / mo.

Optional services: fixed price, never required

You can run Pendravo entirely yourself. If you'd rather not, our services are productized and published: a fixed scope and a fixed price, never an open-ended consulting bill.

Launch packages: get set up fast

Quickstart

one-time
$2,500

1–2 weeks. One application configured to standard patterns (up to 15 configuration units), data import, one workflow, two training sessions.

Standard Launch

one-time
$7,500

3–4 weeks. Up to three applications (40 configuration units across them), one data migration, up to four workflows, three training sessions.

Enterprise Launch

menu-scoped quote
From $25k

6–10 weeks. Platform foundation (SSO/SCIM, environments, governance, CMDB import) $12,500 · each application configured $1,500 · each integration $2,500 · catalog items from the rate card below · training program $2,500. Your quote is that arithmetic, itemized. Typical engagements land $25k to $60k.

A configuration unit is one bounded change: a form layout, a list view, a notification template, an access rule, or a workflow of up to ten steps (bigger workflows count as more than one). Scope beyond your package is quoted before we start, at $150 per unit or $185 an hour, and sustained configuration demand is what the Managed plans below are for. Training always includes teaching your admin to make these changes themselves; most customers stop needing us for them.

Catalog item rate card

Want your request catalog ("new laptop", "onboard an employee", "access request") built out for you? Catalog items are priced in the same units, published here:

  • Simple: $300
form, variables, routing, notifications (2 units)
  • Standard: $750
+ approvals and a fulfilment workflow (5 units)
  • Complex: $1,800
multi-stage fulfilment, integration call, SLA wiring (12 units)

Managed-plan units cover catalog work too: Managed Standard's monthly allowance builds roughly six standard items a month, every month.

Managed service: we run it for you

Managed Lite

From $1,500/ month

10 configuration units a month, monitoring, and a monthly review. Extra units at $150 each, quoted before we do them; units don't roll over.

Managed Standard

From $4,000/ month · scoped

Around 30 configuration units a month plus new-application setup, with a named point of contact, agreed response times, and a monthly review. Scoped to your team, talk to us.

Managed Plus

From $8,000/ month

75 configuration units and 10 development hours a month, a named dedicated admin, priority response SLA, and a quarterly optimization review. Scale capacity in $2,000 blocks as you grow.

Frequently asked questions

How are agents counted?

You pay for fulfillers, anyone who does work in the platform: resolving tickets, but also HR, finance, timesheet approvals, and any back-end application. People who only submit requests through the portal are always free and unlimited.

Do I need consultants to set it up?

No. Pendravo is configured through a low-code layer you control, so you can build and change applications yourself. If you'd rather we did it, our Launch and Managed services are optional and fixed-price.

Are there minimums to start?

No minimum term, no platform fee, and no drawn-out sales cycle — you pay per agent and nothing else. The tiers are sized by team: Starter covers up to 10 agents, and Professional starts at 10, so you buy the tier that fits rather than seats you don't need. We do onboard each customer personally right now, so you'll have a quick conversation with us to get set up, but there's no pressure and no obligation. Enterprise is quote-based, and the quote is transparent with no open-ended statement of work.

Can I try Pendravo before committing to a full plan?

Yes, through the Pilot Program: a flat fee based on agent count, covering full setup and a real evaluation window, with no obligation to continue afterward. We only take on a handful of companies at a time, reserve your spot and we'll be in touch to confirm your fee tier. The Pilot fee isn't credited toward a standard plan. If you continue afterward, you'll pay our standard published pricing starting day one, the same as any other customer.

Do I have to do a Pilot, or can I just buy a plan?

Either works. If you already know Pendravo is right for you, pick a plan and we'll get you set up quickly, no drawn-out sales cycle. If you'd rather try first, the Pilot Program gives you hands-on setup and a real evaluation window before you commit. The Pilot is an option, not a required first step.

What's included, and what's à-la-carte?

Every tier includes the core platform: ITSM Suite, knowledge base, self-service portal, service request management and workflow automation. Professional adds Service Portal, SLA Management, Test Management and Surveys; Enterprise includes all platform applications, Project Management and Asset Management among them. Everything else is à-la-carte at one flat price per application, scaled to your plan — never per user. The app costs the same whether five people use it or fifty. The one exception is HR Management, which prices per employee record ($3, $5, or $7 by plan) because its value scales with headcount; employee records are data, not logins, so requesters remain free and unlimited.

What's the difference between the Pilot and a Quickstart launch?

They're the same hands-on setup sold to two different moments. A Pilot is a Quickstart plus a decision window: full setup, data import and training, then a live evaluation period before you commit to a plan. A Quickstart is for teams that have already decided and just want to be live in two weeks. You'd never buy both — if you pilot and continue, the setup work is already done, and launch packages only come up for scope beyond what your pilot configured.

Can I change plans or add applications later?

Yes. Add applications à-la-carte, or upgrade and downgrade at any time, your data and configuration carry forward.

How does Enterprise pricing work?

It's a custom quote based on scale and requirements, with configuration built into that quote. No mandatory implementation partner, no per-change consulting bill.

What are the contract terms, monthly or annual?

Professional is an annual agreement billed monthly, a 12-month commitment with no large up-front payment. Enterprise is an annual agreement with billing set in the quote. Starter can be month-to-month or annual. Launch packages are one-time and due up front. You can add agents or applications at any time and the change carries forward.
